Each manfucturer has their own set of guidelines for warranties on their products.  Please select the manufacturer you desire warranty repair or information about.

My POS, LLC only sells new hardware.  No refurbished or used equipment.  We also pass all warranties to you holding nothing in reserve or for ourselves.  Our business model was created around honesty with our customers and giving good customer service.

If you find that a manufacturer is not living up to their warranty or service agreement please let us know immediately so we may take action on your behalf and ours.  We do not want to sell product for manufacturers who do not live up to their service and warranty agreements.
